Gracias. From what I can tell with that pic, try releasing on the reins some more. Your leg seems a little far back too. You have a REALLY nice position.

Ahhh I can tell a Pessoa anywhere. I've got a Crosby right now, but I still have my old Pessoa..
Yep field boots are pretty much retarded. Just focus on pushing your lower leg forward over fences. Do you do the same thing on the flat?

Like everyone has said, your position looks very good, aside from your legs being a hair too far back. Also your hands are little bit low and your palms are facing downward. I do the same thing, but what helps me is thinking about pointing my thumbs to either side of me. This overcompensates for the thumbs facing in, and after doing this for a while it will be natural to have your hands straight. Good luck with those field boots! That's why I got mine secondhand from a lady who rode in them every day for a year!

its kinda a hard picture to find mistakes in because its taken from the back but i would work on your heels and getting his knees together. I always work without stirrups for 15 minutes everytime i ride becuase it makes your legs stronger and helps keep your heels down. Your position is really nice though!
