My horse is a registered Quarter horse, but because of his blue eye ( and a patch of pink skin, I'll let you guess where 
so he can be registered as a crop-out paint, not a breeding stock paint, should I go ahead and register him. Even though it cost like a buttload. I will then be able to compete in paint and quarter horse shows. But, minus $700.
