NRHA and CCRHA. We don't have AQHA close enough to go. It'd cost close to $8,000 for me to go. These ones are only 2 hours away but we still spend 2 days up there before the show so its 4 nights in a hotel going to bed at 11, getting up at 3:30am.

I live in Ontario. the shows I go to are in Manitoba. My coach is my ride to show grounds and shes got 5 horses with her if not more so she needs a ton of time so we get up at 3:30 to get ready and go. I have nothing at all to do but watch cuz she wont let me ride untill later when she has time to watch me. Sometimes we'll get up at 1am, ride for a few hours, sleep a few hours and be back there at 6

Lucky. my trainer rides all her horses tho. she doesn't help us at all cuz shes to busy getting herself ready or riding. On show days the show beggins at 8 so if shes wanting to ride she better do it before that cuz it doesn't end until about 7pm and the paid warm-ups go for the next 4 hours. Its quite hectick at the shows.

I get up whenever I fucking please. Sometimes I ask my trainer when she wants me there- but the nights I plan on partying...I dont ask and I come when I feel like it. (My friend and I rent an RV on the grounds) Some mornings I have to race. Others I dont race until night time...we usually have student workers to do stalls. (I try to do my own, but sometimes they get there before me and i am oh-so-sad ;D ) I help the newer show kids put in fake tails and stuff like that, warm up horses...etc

I'm in the short 5 foot rangem not sure how tall I am. I've ridden a mini who was 8hh (give or take, I used my hands so its not gonna be exact). Hes a little stud and man hes a strong boy. I dont get to ride him much tho cuz theres this 12 year old who rides him. Shes really strong and shes the smallest od the people who can actually ride half good so she can stay on easier in the little 8-10 inch saddle (just a guess but its made for like 3 year olds to ride in).
