Of course we all ride, I ride 4-5 times a week. I either run for 3o minutes or do stairs for 3o. (alternate every day) I also do 50 push ups and 75 crunches. Im jsut getting back into it now because of my ankle...I also play soccer and ski.
So what do you all do?

Crunches are my best bud ;D I literally just do like 50 at a time, break for a minute or two, then keep going. I do anywhere between 200-400 a day.

I was always told that 90 or more doesnt help...but cool I like the way they make me feel so haha...I understand.

Hmm...I think I get more out of stairs but I get side tracked easier. And I can take two second breaks and I dont feel like a tard.

Yeah. I was never able to just run on the side of the road or a sidewalk or something. A) it kills my feet, b) i have my cell phone with me full time and somehow I always get a phone call when I'm running, & c) I have the attention span of a poodle, so say I see a cattepillar in the road. I pick it up and give it a home in a Parkay Butter Cup in my bedroom. Yep, I'm 5 years old.

i run a mile everyday. and i play tennis. i'm not really in good shape yet, i'm trying to loose weight.lol and i eat really good if that counts. i dont even drink real milk, and all the crap in our house is "non fat" lol

Im on a soccer team, I do gymnastics, and im doing track. besides that stairs and occasional running. I have to stretch and do gymnastics floor rountines everyday so even if i dont run i get a work out.

WOOT WOOT. I hate milk though. It's one of those things where you love it as a child then you grow up and you can only drink it like once a month.

i only drink milk with chocolate or cookies then i have to have it or im like on my death bed weirdd.. any other time i hate it

umm i like to run, i cant do sit ups, cuz i already have abs and if i start doing sit ups i get like obsessed and do like 500 in one night and then im like a guy within a week, ahah. but i ono, i dont do alot well not right now, i cant my back is still bad, i go to the gyn sometimes too.
